For the third year in a row, IT Synergy is part of CairoICT, which was held this year in the Cairo International Conference Center, from the 8th to the 11th of February. As usual, we have grown from last year, and we had a large number of visitors in our 1C3 booth, where we showcased our exciting new developments.

At CairoICT '09, opening the new year, IT Synergy continues to innovate, bringing cost effective solutions for companies, integrating technologies and furthering on our commitment for Unified Communications. In hard times costs must be cut, and with the current crisis, many are looking to new solutions for existing problems. IT Synergy stands out here, providing cost-effective integrated systems which eliminate redundancies, and partnering with the best in the field. We know that, when things become tough, investments must be made with more care and we are sure that this new lineup will provide what is necessary for your business today, reliability, interoperability and great support.      

To start off with out new products, we have eTrack, an advanced attendance system. A complete hardware and software solution, it combines a great device, able to performing biometric scans, accepting numerous types of ID cards, and even providing with a PIN input. Its software is what puts it over all others, as its a smart device, which ensures that the authentication network is decentralised, helping with logistics and network traffic and thereby improving the employee tracking process throughout the multiple branches of the company . It is also able to identify costs through various sections, create reports and timesheets, helping the company keep track of its most important asset, human capital. 

IT Synergy is also introducing an exciting new development in communications. We are now partnering with Microsoft to integrate our products and offer numerous solutions with Office Communications Server, a Microsoft solution which provides an integrated system of telephony, text and video, providing universal presence management. The EvolvE has been tailored to work as a VoIP gateway for the OCS, and we have a failover solution made especially for the OCS, products which greatly enrich the value of this system. Furthermore, we are partnered with SNOM, the only provider of open-standards SIP phones interoperable with the Microsoft Office Communications Server.

There is a new addition to the EvolvE suite in 2009, the Evolve-3C. The EvolvE-3C provides the computational power of the EvolvE-3, but coupled with the stability and reliability only a hardware cluster can provide. Furthermore, the entire suite also feature the EvolvE billing system, an optional add-on which will give extensive control of administrators over telephone usage, as well as great features for selling phone usage, as well as advanced reports on such usage.     

Partnering with us in this CairoICT ’09, we will have Adobe, showcasing their professional solutions such as Livecycle, Connect and others. IP-Brick, an innovative provider of Linux server appliances will also be joining us. Finally, we will have SNOM, provider of the best SIP phones available, showcasing some of their great hardware fully interoperable with our solutions.
