As every business grows,the number of their employees grows them. As the employee list keeps on adding, the need to track attendance and improve productivity becomes still more important. IT Synergy aims to solve this with the new e-Track employee attendance and access control system. It is an intelligent device which combines powerful authentication hardware with smart software, helping a business track it’s employee timing to the second. The e-Track replaces cumbersome papers and complicated systems to track employee timesheets. Not a dumb terminal, the e-Track contains powerful hardware, working in a linked manner with a central server, which allows it to work in decentralise enviroments, but also mantain a steady connection so that all data loss is prevented. Furthermore, the e-Track can also act as the manager for other devices, allowing it to open doors, turn on devices, and respond in any way the customer requires. It also manages to hold great sensor technology, being able to respond to biometric input, as well as usage of ID proximity cards or the insertion of PINs to authenticate a user.
Furthermore, the system adds some advanced capabilties such as time rules, which allow the system to behave differently during some times of the day, for example letting employees sign in just using their ID card during office hours, but requesting a PIN for those entering after office hours. Furthermore, the e-Track can track a person through multiple branches, and act differently depending on the location of a person. The e-Track is extremely interoperable with other products, and has been designed to work alongside the EvolvE perfectly.The e-Track will then be able to tell the PBX where a person is, and route all calls to one location. Our Attendance System is a complete hardware and software solution. From the software side, an easy Web-based application, which offers Employee Time and Attendance (time clock, timesheet, etc.) with the ability to interface with hardware such as finger print devices and proximity cards readers. Employees are able to efficiently track their time at the office or on the road. It can automatically calculate complex over-time and premium time business policies, and is immediately able to identify labor costs attributed to projects by employee, branch, department, task-type and quantities produced saving you hours of time you used to spend tallying up hand-written time cards or punch clock cards. Also gives the administrators a very powerful tool to manage company policies in an easy way. The Attendance System software runs over one of our EvolvE Appliance Server, providing full stability and optimum performance. Secure remote administration and troubleshooting is also available as an option. |
