IT Synergy Technology Partners

IT Synergy Technology Partners are those companies that invest with us in developing or customizing our solutions, carry on with us continuously joint marketing and training activities. In a nutshell, not just vendors but real partners that share with us the effort required to bring the best of a breed to you.

We have carefully chosen our Technology Partners among those companies that can bring you only the best. We try to make sure that the right solutions are available for you to be able to choose the one that best fits your needs. This requires to be able to put under the same roof companies that sometime express a real diversity among themselves. This is sometime not a market driven choice but we do believe that this is the only for you to have the best in each and every field.

IT Synergy Business Partners

Business Partners are those companies and individuals that enable us to reach, coach and assist our ultimate target: our stakeholders.

Business Partners are close to our stakeholders. They must understand their requirements and needs. They must also aware of the wide array of solution that IT Synergy can provide to fulfil their needs.

The category and level of compensation they receive for their task is directly related to their effort and to the ability of responding to the needs of their stakeholders.

Business Partners Categories

Referral Partners:

    Referral Partners are those company or individuals that are aware of the requirement of their stakeholders and of the possibility of IT Synergy matching those needs, either with standard or customized products and solutions that are in our portfolio.
    Referral Partners only requirement is to register with us and participate to our marketing events and workshops. After 30 days from the date of registration they become eligible for receiving a commission based on the value of any sale above 10.000 EGP completed to new stakeholders they have referred to us. Resellers:

    Resellers are licensed companies that are well acquainted with the IT Synergy line of solutions and products and are able to provide them to their customers. They must be able to properly identify the requirements during the pre-sale process, to install, configure and support those solutions. Resellers receive a discount on the products acquired from as and are free to bill their customers for the value added services provided. They can provide these services directly or they can ask IT Synergy to provide them partly or fully on their behalf at a predefined rate.
    Resellers are the front end to their customers, therefore they must be able to provide first level support and are backed up by IT Synergy for the second and third level, when needed.
    Resellers are required to register with us in order to be able to qualify. They have to obey and fulfil all laws and regulations related to the line of products and solutions they resell.
    Resellers must have at least one IT Synergy trained and certified engineer for each specific line of product they resell (i.e.: VoIP, Hi-end Servers, etc.)
    They are not required but it would be available for them to carry a small stock of our products as samples and inventory.
    Resellers must pay in advance for what they acquired and are granted a discount on our price list. (*)

Distributors:

    Distributors differs from Resellers since they carry a stock of our products that they are able to directly deliver to their customers and to their own resellers.
    Distributors must have at least two IT Synergy trained and certified engineer for each specific line of product they distribute (i.e.: VoIP, Hi-end Servers, etc.).
    Distributors are granted the highest level of discount on our price list (*) as long as they meet an agreed minimum volume requirement.
